1. Information we collect
ForgeonX may process the files you upload, basic technical request information needed to operate the website, and limited account data if you sign in with a supported identity provider such as Google. Account data may include your name, email address, and profile image.
2. How uploaded files are used
Uploaded image files are used only to provide compression-related processing, result delivery, and service operation. We do not treat ForgeonX as a long-term media hosting platform, and uploaded content is not intended to be kept as a permanent library.
3. Storage and retention
In the current version of the service, uploaded files and generated outputs may be stored temporarily to support processing and downloads. Output files are currently scheduled for deletion after 12 hours. Retention practices may change over time if the storage model or cleanup controls are revised.
4. Third-party services
ForgeonX may rely on third-party services to support authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, or other operational needs. If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to that sign-in flow.
5. Security
ForgeonX takes practical steps to protect the service and the information required to operate it. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you should avoid uploading content that would create disproportionate risk if exposed.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time as the product changes. Continued use of the service after an updated policy is published means you accept the revised version.
7. Contact
If you have privacy-related questions, you can contact ForgeonX at [email protected].
